Certificate in Personnel Practice

Aim
This course is designed to meet the needs of a range of different people who are involved in Personnel Work. These include:
- Anyone working as a Personnel Assistant or Personnel Officer
- Someone new to or aspiring to a career in the Personnel Function
- Line Managers who wish to gain the same level of Personnel skills as practitioners at this level
The course introduces you to the skills that you need to use in the management of people issues in a modern workplace. To achieve certification you must successfully complete written and skills assessments as well as a work based project.
