Chartered Member Professional Assessment of Competence Personnel and Development (PAC)

Aim
PAC is an alternative route to Chartered Membership of the CIPD and is particularly designed for experienced Human Resource practitioners. All candidates agree their individual learning plan based on their current HR operational experience, skills and competencies and also, if appropriate, gain exemptions for their accredited prior certificated learning (APLC). All candidates are allocated a PAC advisor who will give guidance and support during the course.
Adam Smith College is the only licensed PAC centre in Scotland and to meet the demands of our candidates we have facilities at Kirkcaldy, Edinburgh and Aberdeen where we run monthly portfolio building workshops and research skills workshops.
