Construct presentation identifiers

Presentations are not always given a unique URI identifier by providers, which means that aggregators need to figure out some business rules for how to treat them.

The demonstration aggregator does this by taking a hash of the XML content of the Presentation; this means if there is a change to the presentation, a new instance is created and the old one deleted, but seems to work ok --scottwilson 09:33, 3 May 2007 (BST)
