Course advertising information for courses and qualifications at The Open University is available from here via a web service.

The web service provides Open University course advertising data in XCRI-CAP 1.1 format. The anticipated consumers of this data are Lifelong Learning Networks, other third party aggregators and any other ad hoc enquirers for Open University course data.

The service call accepts a single parameter specifying UG (Undergraduate), PG (Postgraduate) or All. It will respond by returning a whole data set of Undergraduate, Postgraduate or All Open University opportunities.

A Web Service Definition Language (WSDL) definition can be obtained at: http://host.igsl.co.uk:7101/OU-webservice-context-root/xxpSoapHttpPort?WSDL.
